I use it religiously in Portland. Probably average about $300 worth of tickets a month. It's a great excuse to see new artists, great for dates, and I don't feel bad leaving early if it's not my thing because it feels like a free ticket.

So what does membership actually entail? A black v-neck? More black v-necks in the future? Other items?

It looks like they rushed this to the App Store. Generating BIP38 Key is insanely slow. And QR codes that contain the bitcoin: protocol aren't scan-able. From their Twitter account it looks like they'll have few updates ready in less than a week to fix these issues.

@staringispolite I agree that "stealing" may be an exaggeration. But the original PopcornTime founder did comment on the Reddit thread and explain his issues with it further. To be completely honest I don't have a deep enough understanding of the subject to elaborate much on the security risks. Sorry.

@staringispolite Here are the two main complaints from Reddit: - Time4Popcorn has stolen most of its code from our amazing contributors on discuss.get-popcorn.com. (Without giving credits). - Time4Popcorn has disabled all coding exept for the nodewebkit, they refer to a server to watch movies. This server's code can be taken offline, be made into a honeypot for the feds or to steal your...

@rrhoover Cool product. As for our middle school videos tho, I don't think any amount of editing will save us from embarrassment.

Awesome light-weight extension I've been playin around with for the past hour or so. Questions for the founder: What are your plans with this project? Will playlists/songs save, that is are they accessible from different computers? Also, what inspired you to create this?

Awesome. Would be cool to use something like RoomScan (www.producthunt.co/posts/roomscan) with this.

@petershankman Like I said, it's a step in the right direction, but it's got a long ways to go. I'm glad you're excited and willing to fund this. Hopefully it leads to 3D food printer that does a bit more.

@petershankman It doesn't look like it actually cooks anything so really you'd have load the ingredients, print it, transfer it to the oven, cook it, then feed your daughter. And that'll cost you $1,200 plus ingredients. At that price I think my kid will have to eat whatever shape I put on their plate.

Ehh step in the right direction maybe but if I have to prep and cook all the food then this is more of a glorified plating machine more suited to high-end restaurants.
