The new UI is kinda weird, took us quite some time to get used to it. Some aspects of the old UI were really easy to use, but now it becomes much harder to get around. Hope you will have a good UI rehaul soon.

This is a great tool for our product team to collect customers' feedback. We have seen many suggestions that were left unchecked due to our previous manual work. But now, they are in one place, which is really easy to check and skim through the comments, a true time-saving tool for our team.
