For a new product, this feels very complete and solid. I'm excited to see what their team adds in the future. Pros: Feels like magic! Analytics from other sites help us track topical trends. Total magic. Cons: I don't know of any alternatives that do this as well and in a way that my team already understands (pumping data into Google Analytics).
