About

Most AI hiring tools score a résumé against a job description and hand you a number. I spent the last year building the opposite. I'm the founder and CTO of Intelletto.ai, a Human Capital Intelligence Platform. It plugs into the ATS and HCM you already run and turns messy hiring data into decisions you can defend: a governed 12-stage pipeline, fail-closed gates, citation-anchored scoring. No black box. Every score comes with receipts. When the system can't read something, it says so instead of guessing. I built it the way I've built everything for 35 years: as a production system first, a demo never. Before Intelletto.

Has an AI tool ever sent you a surprise bill?

I believe that cloud providers should make hard spending caps the default: when you hit your limit, everything stops, rather than you getting a warning email you only see after the damage.

The reason is simple: coding agents can now ship code that burns through paid APIs while you sleep.

Thank you for launching UTTER IN with us, and what's coming next

Hi everyone,

Thank you for following UTTER IN during our launch. Being featured on Product Hunt meant a lot to a small team from Kuwait.

A quick recap: you say what's on your mind, three or four things in one breath, and UTTER IN turns it into separate cards for reminders, calendar events and places. Nothing is saved until you approve it. It works in English and in Arabic, including Gulf, Egyptian and Levantine dialects.
