This is awesome. At a previous company I worked at we used to spin up a Dropbox Paper during an outage. Setting up the document structure, copy-pasting graphs (where did you get that data from again? what query did you use? 🤔), and keeping track of a conversations in Slack, make it incredibly difficult and time-consuming to produce a coherent incident post-mortem.
