I built ifText because spam SMS filtering felt too local. I use SIM cards from different countries, and most existing filters are only really good for one region or language. ifText is a GPT-powered spam SMS filter for iPhone.
I use SIM cards from different countries, and one thing kept bothering me: most SMS filters are only good in one region or one language. They work well locally, but fall apart once your messages start coming from multiple countries.
So I built ifText.
ifText uses the latest LLMs to help detect spam across languages and regions, so you can filter suspicious messages more intelligently instead of relying only on country-specific rules.
