Honestly, the generic nature of the chatbot is annoying. They should be more purpose-built, because I don't think the AI is really good enough yet for a generic solution that replaces a human.

Really awesome concept, I love the idea! However, I downloaded the iOS app and did not see anything as you showcased in the initial screenshots, it just kind of looks like a basic flight search app. I did not see any of the search features mentioned, and I was also not able to see them on the website.
