What's great
I use this for sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter. The best feature is definitely the clean data export. It splits names properly and capitalizes them, so I can upload the list straight into my ATS without spending hours fixing Excel columns. It grabs personal emails pretty well too, which is huge for recruiting.
What needs improvement
It works great on Sales Navigator, but I wish it had a few more specific filters for the "Recruiter Lite" version. Sometimes it grabs people who are slightly outside my search parameters if I'm not careful.
vs Alternatives
Gem is fantastic but way too expensive for a solo recruiter. HireEZ is good but feels like a completely separate platform. I chose Scrupp because it works on top of LinkedIn, so I don't have to change my sourcing workflow—I just click a button to save the candidates I'm already looking at.
