Does the job and I don't have any complaints so far. We use it mostly for customers to submit enhancement requests.

It does the job but I've had to work around some of its quirks e.g. not being able to autoplay the sessions in chronological order. It's not great if you've got a slower machine and sometimes the session plays just get stuck. Nothing a refresh won't fix but still. The skip inactivity still doesn't make any sense to me - I found FullStory much more intuitive in this respect. But LogRocket is a lot cheaper so that's why we had to switch.

I liked pretty much everything about them but they just don't fit in small ears. They would fall out if I wore them while talking, or eating, or sometimes doing nothing if I wore them long enough. I had to find an alternative.

Using Versa 4, watch is great but the Fitbit app is getting worse with every update. It wasn't the most powerful app in the first place but did the job. Now, charts are getting harder to read and takes ages to load.
