I've spent my career translating messy human behavior into numbers that someone can actually act on. Marketplaces are the best puzzle I've found, because every metric is a story about trust between two strangers. I've killed more models than I've shipped, and I'm proud of that. A dashboard nobody uses is worse than no dashboard at all, and I've learned to ask who will change their mind because of this before I build anything.
