I’m a high school student who got frustrated with the college search, so I built a platform to fix it. I was sick of jumping from one tab to another just to find information about a college, only for everything to eventually end up in a messy spreadsheet. It was time consuming, not just for me, but for my parents too. So I spent my summer building Candor Apply: one place to research, compare, organize, and manage everything you need for the college search, all tailored to a students academic and financial context. I built it because I was frustrated with the process myself, and I wanted to make sure students like me never have to struggle with it again. That’s my why.
