I would love to create more structure for my day(s). Going with the flow haven`t worked for me that well, at least in areas where something needs to get done.

Hard to summarise it to just one thing, but I guess I would say the overall SENSE OF FREEDOM that I feel because of it. Whether it´s related to time management, better work life balance, more energy for creative tasks, wider space to be myself and have contol over my working environment....

Concentrate on one item at a time Although multitasking may sound like an efficient task management method, studies indicate that it may be more of a disadvantage than an asset. The challenge with multitasking is that it is not feasible for the human brain to process multiple things at once. Instead, what's actually going on is a focus change known as "task switching," or quickly switching our...

Well, it just happened and it`s one of the most rewarding experiences so far. I don´t think I can put this into words propperly, but I feel like I can finally just be myself and not try to fit in with some serious role or title.

I have probably given different answers to similar questions before. However, lately I started to notice that the actual (overall) challenge is getting out regularly + moving more. In reality, there is more free time and flexibility, but somehow remote work makes me less dynamic / active physically. Any tips on that?

As we are located in different locations and time zones, we have it just once weekly and it`s actually a great opportunity for us to actually come together and discuss matters. It´s something I am looking forward to, as it can feel quite isolating at times to just chat.

Our own - tira.so We designed a productivity workspace - tira.so - where startups can communicate with the team, manage all the projects and tasks, and keep track of the schedule. All from one place. There’s no need to switch between apps. We've also got a pretty cool drag & drop feature where you can drag a task to a chat and edit it directly in the chat. We are working on launching Tira on...

I would start by readjusting my sleep pattern couple of days before return to work. That would be my biggest struggle as I am night owl naturally. The rest picks up very quickly.

Prioritise self care - that was my best decision. Following by taking ALL the necessary actions to prioritise self care and ELIMINATING the root cause of the stress and burnout. But in general, when we get sick or burnout, it's just our body's way of telling us to slow down, take care, and realign. Keep close what is good for your soul and leave out all the rest. At least until you get back on...

Hello, Deepa, I am pretty much like you in this sense. I need my 8 hours of uninterrupted good night sleep; ideally waking up naturally and not by an alarm to feel fresh and productive the next day. However, I am overthinker, so my struggle lies in actually falling asleep. Do you have any tips on that ?

Hi, Saif, It's actually hard to answer. I am naturally an ambivert (introvert and extrovert hybrid). I used to think home office would be a dream setting until I tried it out and actually felt that a huge part of why I loved to go to work is now gone. I really miss catching up with colleagues and just having that sense of a team/community. Remote work setting also challenges my time management...

For me personally, it's all about the right stimulation, I guess. It's trying out new experiences, engaging in different activities, exposing myself to different people, cultures, languages, landscapes, sensations. It's consuming art and creativity from different mediums (than what I am doing) and letting them influence my moods and transform my own world lenses. I don`t know, it´s an ongoing...
