Good email drafts, but poor customer service and inflexible credit system" I've been using Writemail for over 7 months now, and while I appreciate the quality of the email drafts — which are well-written and helpful for business communication — my overall experience has been frustrating. The customer service is very slow and unresponsive . Whenever I’ve reached out with questions or support requests, there's always a significant delay in response, sometimes taking days to get a reply — even for basic inquiries. One major drawback is the credit system . The basic plan offers only 150 email drafts per month, which seems reasonable at first, but the credits expire at the end of each month — they do not roll over , even if you don’t use them. I contacted customer support to request an option to carry forward unused credits, but they were unwilling to accommodate this simple change that would improve user experience significantly. Even though I opted for the annual plan , it wasn't worth the cost due to these limitations and lack of flexibility. If improvements are made to the customer service and credit policy, I'd be more inclined to continue using Writemail. As it stands, I’m disappointed and will likely be looking for alternatives soon.
