I build LexQ, the Decision Operations Platform for engineering teams. Six years on Java/Spring backend teams convinced me that business logic buried in application code is an architecture problem, not a process one. Changing a discount rate should not require a PR, a review and a deploy cycle. I am the only engineer on it, and I write up the design decisions as i go what i measured, what i got wrong, and what i would not build the same way again.
