Following up on my last post about the cost of setting up business email for every new product, here is the workflow we are building in OfficialMail.

Each product keeps its own domain address: support@product-a.com, billing@product-b.com, or hello@product-c.com. OfficialMail's AI Relay can forward selected messages into one personal inbox with the sender, subject, and a concise summary.

When you reply from that personal inbox, the response is routed back through the original business address automatically.

The goal is not to replace every inbox with another dashboard. It is to help solo builders manage multiple product identities without constantly switching accounts or accidentally replying from the wrong address.

AI coding tools have made it possible for one person to build and launch products faster than ever. But every new service still needs a credible email identity: support@, billing@, partnerships@, and the messages users are expected to trust.
That usually means choosing another mail provider, connecting a domain, configuring MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and checking whether messages actually reach the inbox. When you are launching several small products, repeating that setup becomes surprisingly expensive in time and attention.
I m building OfficialMail for this gap: helping solo founders and small teams get business email running without turning every launch into a mail-server project.
For people building with AI or shipping multiple products, how are you handling email today? Do you create a separate mailbox for every product, reuse one workspace, or avoid setting it up until customers start asking? What part would you most want automated?
