I think it is quite the opposite. Being able to ask for help is a strength, and it means you are an open-minded person with a strong communication skills.
Never have I thought of a person who asks for my help, that a person is weak.

Some magic is happening here! I remember the times I spent like 2-3 hours finalising posters, trying to match colours, fonts and all at once. And of course limited by the time frames. It was such a struggle.
Now I know where to go next time I have a struggle with preparing posters in the last moment! :)
