Finding the right time for live calls is tough when your community spans multiple timezones. I couldn’t find a free tool for this, so I built one. You create an event, choose if participants must sign in with Google, then share a link. Members see a calendar auto-adjusted to their timezone and mark when they’re available. Your admin dashboard shows a clear heatmap of overlapping times, plus individual submissions. And it’s completely free.
