In 2010 I made a radio app with a similar iPod interface, and was promptly rejected. I needed a few rounds of changes before getting the green light from app reviewers. https://just2us.com/sgradio/ I wonder if the rules are relaxed, or perhaps the app reviewer too young to recognise iPod :D

This is a good product, but I cannot recommend because I believe Apple reviewers will not approve, unfortunately. According to their guidelines, you cannot use device frame. You should only screen capture, with text overlay.
