A user-friendly interface is great. The program offers a bunch of ready-made template options. But developing your own surveys is also incredibly simple and easy.

There are nuances in speech recognition that could be improved, but otherwise, it is an excellent application. I use it to communicate with my friends from Italy, whom we met on vacation 👌
