After 14 years working across Big 4 consulting and leading global HR processes at AstraZeneca, one thing is clear: transformation doesn’t fail because of technology. It fails because we avoid the hard decisions that come with it. I work at the intersection of Digital HR, process excellence, and cultural transformation, helping organisations build environments where people are supported, but also challenged. Because humanising work was never about lowering standards. It was about making performance sustainable.
