How do you decide which pages on your site deserve your time after launch?

After a launch, most makers I talk to put everything into the product and treat the website as finished. A few months later they have 30 pages, almost no search traffic, and no idea which pages are working.

What I ve seen help is picking the 3 or 4 pages that already get a few impressions and fixing only those, instead of writing more. It feels slower, but it s usually where the first real traffic comes from.

Hi from Pakistan, I help local businesses get found on Google. Excited to learn from builders here

Hi everyone, I m Samina. I work in SEO in Pakistan, mostly with small local businesses, and I ve spent the last few weeks reading launches and forum threads here.

One thing I keep noticing is that many products ship fast and look great, but how people will actually find them is often decided last. In my own work I ve seen the same thing with local businesses, where a good service still gets missed because nobody searches for it the way the owner expects.

I joined to learn how makers think about launching and growing, and to join discussions where I can be useful.

For the builders here:
when you launched, how did you think about getting found?
Was it search, communities, social, or something else, and what surprised you?

US shoppers are learning to buy by asking questions. Is your site ready to answer?

Something we've been watching while building N8N Chat UI: US shoppers are starting to buy by asking questions.

Adobe tracked US retail sites over the 2025 holidays. Visits that came from AI assistants like ChatGPT were up more than 7x on the year before, and those visitors converted 31% better than everyone else. They also left less often (33% fewer bounces), and revenue per visit was up 254%.

But it cuts both ways. In a September survey of over 2,000 US adults by Semrush, around 58% of people who use AI said they'd bought something a chatbot recommended, and about the same share said they'd dropped a purchase because of what an AI told them.

Our takeaway: people now arrive at your site used to asking questions and getting a direct answer. If your site can't answer, that question goes to someone else's AI, and you don't control what it says.
