I'm the founder of ConnectXeo. I built this after seeing how many Shopify store owners were losing sales simply because they couldn't respond to customer questions fast enough. The existing solutions were either too generic (basic chatbots) or too expensive and complex (enterprise AI tools). So we built something in between, powerful enough to actually handle real Shopify actions like refunds and order lookups, but simple enough that any store owner can set it up in 10 minutes without touching a line of code.
