Much needed! Have experienced the power of OKRs firsthand at a previous org. They were a great mechanism to align various GTM teams (Product, Marketing, SDRs, Sales, CS, etc.) toward a common revenue goal. But we executed it using sheets and it was not just cumbersome but also erratic, limiting the benefits we derived.
