The more I read this, the more I remember we all go through the same thing. Based on my experience it's the best to surround yourself with other entrepreneurs. And it's important to join a lively group packed with highly motivated people, and if you figure out a community is already dead or has very few active members leave it as soon as possible as it gives you the impression that that's how...

I really doubt it makes a meaningful difference. It just exposes you to your competitors if you're not ready. It has done the same to our potential competitor. Just has changed our strategy.

Hey Wei, Congrats on your launch. Just checked your website and I really like the idea that you can just jump into what you want to do and looks pretty straightforward how to use it, just for me not making it available as a web application is a show stopper at least for this type of application. Do you have any plans for a web based version?

I just upvoted the answers mentioning time. As a SaaS startup, our goal is to perform the task faster, cheaper, safer than if the user would do it themselves so it becomes a no brainer, at least for many...

Nice article and great results! Although I had to skim through the article, as I was reading it as a break from the work, it was helpful, especially I really liked the sentence "... I pay for a SaaS monthly when it creates a recurring value for me".

Listen more and say less! You don't need to come up with the most unique idea of the century. Whatever you do just do it better than anyone else and build it to solve the real problems that you listened to.

Founders, what's the idea you're working on and why do you think it's a good one?
Almost three years ago, I started working on a service to simplify end to end DevOps for the teams and now we're very close to our beta release. I had many reasons to do so, to name a few: * we were wasting too much time and money on setting up CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, making everything work together, learning new technologies * we were easily getting locked in with vendors * no single...

We simplify DevOps for our users, so they don't have to learn many things and just use them and focus on their product, looks like a good opportunity to offer a new service to our users, just curious to see how you can integrate it into your existing or new solutions on cloud. The use case I'm thinking is we setup the database, data lake, anything else necessary and seamlessly integrate it with...
