honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a software company the platform itself is clunky and super confusing to use — not intuitive at all and just feels half-baked. ended up spending more time trying to make it work than actually using it what really got me though was the customer service (or total lack of it) i emailed three times — polite, patient, explained that I’d cancelled as soon as I saw I was charged again. didn’t even use the software that month, just wanted a refund. NO ONE ever replied. not once. instead they just quietly cancelled my credits and left me completely in the dark. zero out of 5 for customer service — genuinely feels like they don’t care at all once they’ve got your money. wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. there are way better options out there with way better support. total waste of time and money.
