
I moved into the Bedford House last week and am feeling really positive about my experience. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Outpost has been extremely kind and professional. My bedside lamp wasn’t working so I put in a maintenance ticket that was resolved the very next day. For perspective i moved in around 7pm the day earlier. It is such a joy to know that I can get directly in touch with people accountable for fixing maintenance issues rather than desperately trying to flag down a no-name landlord that will literally never fix them. Outstanding experience so far!
