Fundhomes allows me to invest in vacation properties. Unfortunately, there are only a few offers. But I find the idea really very good.

With Landa, I can invest directly in relatively small properties. The advantage compared to normal funds is that I can choose my investments myself. In my opinion, Landa is a game changer. However, beginners should be careful and I would only invest in real estate where I have a good understanding of the regional real estate market.
