I'm the founder of ML Systems, a Rhode Island construction company building the software layer for a circular building economy. Most of what I work on sits at an odd intersection. Construction is the largest industry with the least software, and almost none of it is pointed at the moment a house comes down, which is exactly where most of its material value gets destroyed. I build the ontology, ledger and agent layer that makes that moment legible to a computer. Everything I publish is labeled MEASURED, MODELED or ASPIRATIONAL, because in construction the difference matters and most writing hides it.
