I recently tried MailOptimal's email warm-up service, and my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. On the upside, the platform is quite user-friendly and straightforward. However, I faced several issues, particularly with email delivery. It seemed many of my messages didn’t make it to their intended recipients, which was quite frustrating. Furthermore, I found the customer support to be lacking. Response times were often slow, and the solutions offered didn’t effectively resolve the underlying problems. the rates after i used it so far for a month is worse than before ! In conclusion, while MailOptimal shows promise, they really need to enhance their delivery reliability and customer support to meet user expectations fully.
