Thinking through this was actually helpful in clarifying our process. Was great. Pros: We created a project mgmt tool to push projects forward, organise research, and focus our team. We replaced Excel/word/outlook. Cons: The more complicated your project, the more you need to “plan your doc”. It is helpful to think through what u r trying to do in advance.
