This product should be good. But in reality, the support is non-existent. The tool is ALWAYS broken. Then you get told to keep retrying your tasks. You wait DAYS for them to complete and no, their tool BROKE again!
Seriously, if you want to use this tool for actual work - try and find something else. It's impossible to actually get a meaningful output out of it without wasting literal days or weeks dealing with their incompetent tech and incompetent support. Avoid.
