Actually, this wasted my time. After filling out all of my information, which took about 10 minutes, I reached the sign-up stage. That was fine, but then you asked me to upgrade. You should have mentioned the upgrade costs clearly from the beginning. It's misleading to have people fill out their information without disclosing that information upfront.
