I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist, and I am currently training as a counselling psychologist. Alongside my clinical work, I have spent around 15 years working across HR, talent, leadership, organisational development and employee wellbeing, including senior leadership roles supporting teams across different countries and cultures. My career started as a software developer & I have deep interest in technology.
