Kachilu (Alpha) product video (168qn8) - feedback before wider rollout?

https://youtu.be/qM6cImNSHN8

Kachilu (Alpha) is officially here!

What should day-1 onboarding for team AI look like?

We are optimizing first-week onboarding for Kachilu and want direct feedback.

If your team tried a new AI workspace tomorrow, what would matter most in day 1?

- fastest path from zero to first production-safe workflow

What security baseline do you require before adopting an AI workspace?

For teams handling sensitive workflows, what is your minimum security baseline before adopting an AI workspace?

We are building Kachilu for security-first team AI operations (launching March 2026). Design goals:

- per-workspace isolated virtual network boundary

What would block your team from adopting an AI workspace?

We re collecting sharp pre-launch feedback before March 2026.

If you can share one point, pick one:

1) the first workflow your team would try

What should we prioritize for our March 2026 launch?

We re preparing Kachilu for our March 2026 launch, and we want to stay focused on what actually helps teams ship.

Current priorities:

- no-setup onboarding

How should teams handle AI workspace governance?

A lot of AI tools still assume single-player usage.

For Kachilu, we re focused on team operation from day one:

- secure, isolated workspace boundaries

Where do your automations break as logic changes?

We kept seeing the same issue across workflow tools: once business logic changes, static automations break and become costly to maintain.

With Kachilu, we are testing a different model:

- describe the goal in natural language

Using Codex to automate IaC: It’s harder (and better) than we thought

I m currently building Kachilu, an AI-driven infrastructure platform powered by Codex.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was ensuring that AI-generated Terraform/HCL code is actually production-ready and secure, not just "syntactically correct." We ve spent months fine-tuning how Codex understands cloud dependencies.

I m curious: For those using AI to help with DevOps, what s the one thing you still don't trust the AI to do?

We re launching Kachilu on Product Hunt soon! If you re interested in the future of AI-managed infra, I d love to have you follow along for updates.
