About
A product design evangelist, motivator, mentor, partner, leader and manager, devotee of the craft, and an innovator of experiences within the TV and Streaming vertical. It took me a minute, or maybe like 20 years, but I can finally put into words WHAT I like to do in a job. I am a fixer, I love taking chaos or distress in the product and building it and the team back up into an empathetic, passionate and creative machine. I'm good at seeing the issues and getting to the solutions quickly, testing what works and adapting. Product design is never done. We as a team can adjust and adapt to create a system and process that works WITH us instead of against us.
