I’m a pre-order customer. I’ve been with Magfast for a long time. It’s taken a while but it is getting close to my delivery date. I received my shipping batch number and am waiting for shipment. They have always been forthright about what is happening and why things have taken so long. I look at it this way- I made an investment in the future. It takes time to make things right so that future comes true. I wouldn’t be happy to get just anything. I’d rather it be made right then fast. After seeing the quality of their Flux cables I have no doubt the chargers will be exceptional.
