Could be useful to add reaction stickers (Facebook-like) to transcripts to remember what part of the call is 100% agreed on, confused you, is questionable or needs more clarification.

I have to say, this is a really cool concept. The only thing I would suggest is adding the already existing review and ratings from the web for some very specific niche products that very few people can share their opinion about.

A highly customizable app with lots of settings. There's still some work to be done, but I can definitely see it becoming the next must-have tool for remote teams.
