Bought 2 packages whilst in Egypt, first time it worked fine so I clearly installed it all correctly. 2nd time I wanted to access the internet whilst in Hurghada airport (there is no WiFi access there) and so bought again. It indicated I had 4G on my phone but there was no internet connection and so it was totally useless. Cost me £6 which was a total waste of money. Just tried to complain via the WhatsApp chat they provide on their website. Obviously not a human responding as the robot did not understand the issue at all and just kept repeating the same useless rubbish. I explained a couple of times and requested a refund but was a pointless exercise. So have now deleted the app and reporting my experience here
