
I paid for the essential plan but don't have access to creating any chatbot. I clicked the chat support and it didn't have any answer so it told me "It is recommended that the user reach out to SiteGPT's support team by sending an email to address their issue." I asked how to contact them and it showed "You can reach out to SiteGPT by sending an email to [email protected] or by clicking on the live chat icon located at the bottom left of the website." Is this a bug you are aware of? @pbteja1998
