So, we built an "Apex AI Analytics & Database Scanner" into our backend.

Instead of just organizing tasks, it actively monitors the live production pipeline. If a sales rep gives a concession that dips below our minimum profit threshold, or if a multi-currency shipping cost isn't accurately billed to the client, the AI flags it in real-time before the deal is finalized.
