My responsibility is to support both employees and the organization by creating a positive workplace culture. I manage recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and workplace policies. Every employee has different goals and challenges, so I focus on building trust while ensuring company standards are followed fairly. Helping people grow in their careers is one of the most satisfying aspects of my work. I also collaborate with leadership to improve employee engagement, resolve workplace concerns, and create programs that encourage long-term success for individuals and the organization.
