EDIT: I have found a way to chat with support in their Australian TZ. I have figured out a lot of the problems but am still working with them to resolve outstanding issues. I will increase to 2 Stars and re-edit when I have an update with my issues. They are a new company and I am betting overwhelmed with issues on such a new product.
How can all the good or otherwise reviews be valid when it HAS JUST started to ship?? I only just got my device a month or so ago and they NEVER shipped before Jan 2023. Support is awful, if you are lucky you get a reply (after the automated ack) a day or so later. Its always from the same person "May" - do they only have ONE person? Secondly the product doesnt work as advertised and the month service trial has so far been fraught with issues and a waste of time. If anyone from airbolt is reading this please get in touch !!! For instance - two devices sat on my window sill for the last few days, one reported in as being 200 miles west of me for 3 minutes and then back to my location while the second one 'did not move'. The accelerometer does not work properly and I can shake my devices like mad and get no movement warnings. Guys I know this was an Indiegogo funded product but you are actually selling these now so how come you arent acting like a real company and supporting your customers.... my email is rswiftDASHgeneralATusaDOTnet
