I trade, and I spent nine years in management control before that. The two are closer than they sound: both come down to knowing whether a result was the plan working, or luck. I built Tradoshi because my own trading journal was a spreadsheet I stopped filling in after three weeks. The data was never the problem, my broker already had every trade. What was missing was anything that told me whether I had actually followed my own plan. Solo founder, based in France. Happy to talk to anyone who journals their trades, and especially to anyone who gave up on it.
