Currently, I'm trying something I call the Daily Sitdown. It's like the daily standup meeting, but it's close to the end of the day. It really helps people clarify, in their minds, how productive they were that day. I find that it helps me to be mindful about what I'm working on, and it lets the rest of my team know they can count on each other to deliver.

I tried this out quickly — hats off for the simplicity and openness of the product. Being able to go from here to chatting in like 5 seconds is super cool. But I’m curious: what about the product recreates the cocktail party effect? Maybe I’m missing something! Very cool.

Do you have any tips on how to run the best tests? I just did a trial purchase of 10 testers, but I don’t know if I did a good enough job at explaining the steps.
