I have had the absolute best experience with my amazing coach, Jessie! Every morning I am greeted by her encouraging texts, checking in about how I am feeling and discussing the previous days exercise, food and drink choices. If there is something I am struggling with, she provides the expertise and knowledge to help me get around the issue and most importantly, with my crazy schedule, she is able to alter my workouts to exactly what I need, whether I am at a traditional gym or don’t have time to go to the gym or at a hotel gym. She is 100% consistent and she really cares. I am feeling so much stronger and have lost some weight and would recommend this app to anyone, including my fabulous coach!
