I'm Damien, a freelance designer and maker. My freelance practice is called Diamond Eyes (http://diamondeyes.design). I also run a new approach to designing with founders called One-Day Design Sprints (http://onedaydesignsprint.com). Currently, I'm also writing a book called "Crafting Identity: The Maker's guide to design and branding", a book for makers to take their design chops from 0-1 on their projects. On my free time, I'm building Dawn, a companion to be more mindful about our approach to working.
