I regularly send a friend of mine links, and his response is "What's the TL;DR?"! That's what inspired this idea - of an easy way to get TL;DRs

reTLDRRe-share links with a TL;DR
reTLDR.com allows you to paste a link, and get back a TL;DR . It uses firecrawler to read web pages, and falls back to a headless browser so it returns a meaningful TL;DR in almost every case.
You can also just pre-pend retldr.com/ to any web URL!

With "Document Endpoints" you are one-click away from a chatbot that answers based on information in your files. Each answer includes verified citations - using fuzzy matching - from your raw document content. It's a RAG-enabled API in a box. Cheers, Ronan

Document EndpointsOne-click RAG Endpoints for your Documents
1. Upload your documents and immediately get an LLM API endpoint that is RAG enabled with your documents.
2. Query the API and get answers grounded on verified citations.
That's it. Cheers, Ronan

This tool is handy for note taking where you want to also query documents or the web. At any point, you can save content from your chat to a file with a name you choose. You can come back later and reintroduce the file to a new chat. A few things to try: > Ask what files you have > Try doing some research on the web, then saving a summary of that research to a file > Try uploading a file and...

Congrats on the product - good use case for summarising. What LLM are you using for the summaries? I'm curious about the data privacy. Are you using a third party for the LLM or your own servers? I don't see that described in the Privacy Policy: https://www.spoke.ai/serious-stu...

This is the very first launch of LitReview-Me.com - and it just searches ArXiv for now, which is a good way to go because on Google Scholar so much of the content is paywalled. This tool would have been pretty useful back when I was doing my PhD. I see it as a tool for writing a literature review but also for learning when you just jump into a new field.

Patents were an important part of my last startup, which was an MIT spinout focused on startup technology. We would spend thousands of dollars and many days doing search reports every time we had a new invention idea to file. There are a few things that take time with patent searching: 1. Coming up with the right search terms 2. Combing through search results (including finding relevant...

I've been making quite a few digital products lately, and there is always the question of how to quickly set up payments. The options are: 1. Gumroad - really comprehensive, but takes a 10% + credit card fee cut. 2. WordPress - the checkout process is pretty clunky. Yes, you can configure plugins, but that takes work. 3. Shopify or similar. Probably not a bad option either but you have to apply...

Yowdy folks, I got this idea from my Dad, who has a WordPress site and has always wanted to charge a tiny amount for posts. I've built a simple plugin that allows you to set the price for visitors to view the content. They can pay as little as $0.01 using a digital wallet or as little as $0.75 by card via Stripe.

Howdy folks, this is a tool I built to easily summarise webpages and pdfs. It helps me to quickly get a sense for an article. Then I can decide whether to read further or not. This is the first time I've built an express app and I'm beginner-intermediate coder, but using chatGPT made this a lot quicker than otherwise. Some notes on the build: - gpt-3.5-turbo for summarising - mozilla for...

Yowdy folks! While doing multi-chain dev work, I often get small amounts of tokens (e.g. USDC) stuck in a wallet with no tokens to pay for gas (e.g. AVAX). The options are usually: 1. Buy gas tokens using MoonPay or Transak = expensive and annoying to have to enter card details. 2. Buy tokens on an exchange and send them to the stuck wallet = slow. A better option is to use some small amount of...
