agency teams I've seen spend more time on the recommendation doc than on fixing the actual campaigns. the loop just doesn't close. The "diagnose + implement in the same session" framing is the part that actually matters here. not another PDF nobody reads. Gonna be interesting to see how it holds up with accounts that have years of messy structure baked in. that's usually where these things fall...
