Tesla delivers huge value for the money, BUT the upfront is high without the tax credit. I will be looking for a used one in the $35k-$40k price range myself. Pros: It's the best all around package from Tesla. Cons: The Price. Until the other exotic cars catch up, its one of a kind.

I'd probably rent not buy as it isn't a daily driver. That said, it would be a blast! Pros: Ecology friendly and quiet. I could use on authorized places and sneak up on wildlife! Cons: Price point is key. Its a toy.
