Very cool idea! The data must be structured in a specific way so the learning is better? And how much time it takes from "ok, i want this" to "wow, an AI is answering my tickets" ?

I've been using for a few weeks and it's pretty cool. The experience is fun as well, first the weird look of "why do you want me to touch this thing again?" to the "Wow" after a couple of seconds is pretty nice, haha.

Very interesting stuff, specially for the sensitive data. Great work! 👍
